The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for three unknown women following an attempted theft case at a local grocery store.
On Tuesday, April 15th, at roughly 6:20 p.m., three female suspects entered the Longo’s located at 1225 Fairview Street in Burlington. They filled two shopping carts with items and proceeded to exit the store, making no attempt to pay. When confronted by employees, the suspects discarded the items and fled in a white Volvo bearing Texas licence plate VJB1861.
The HRPS describes the suspects as:
- Suspect 1
- Female
- Eastern European
- approximately 30 years-old
- 5’6″
- heavy build
- wearing a black jacket, black shirt, a long black skirt with white dots, and black shoes
- Suspect 2
- Female
- South Asian
- approximately 45 years-old
- 5’6″
- heavy build
- wearing a black jacket, blue and white scarf, black dress and black shoes, with a red stripe
- Suspect 3
- Female
- Middle Eastern
- approximately 30 years-old
- 5’6″
- heavy build
- wearing a black jacket, black dress, black-and-white head scarf, and carrying a black bag with silver detailing
