Two temporary road closures are scheduled for next week as the Town of New Tecumseth carries out essential infrastructure work.
Tuesday, May 27th the 11th Line is closed between Tottenham Road and the Adjala-Tecumseth Townline from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The closure is in place to allow crews to complete rip rap work around a bridge abutment, aimed at protecting the structure from erosion and improving long-term stability.
On Wednesday, May 28th, 4th Line will be closed between the 10th Sideroad and the 15th Sideroad, also from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This closure is necessary for culvert maintenance, ensuring proper drainage and road safety.
Drivers are asked to plan alternate routes and allow extra travel time during these periods.
