The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has made an arrest in relation to multiple instances of reported indecent acts.
On Tuesday, June 17th, investigators attended West Harbour GO Station in Hamilton and arrested the accused as he exited a train.
41-year-old Jonathan Gordon of Hamilton has been charged with four counts of an Indecent Act.
After the initial report last month, police identified two additional occurrences involving the accused taking place on May 8th and June 12th. The occurrences were similar in nature and took place on the Lakeshore West GO train in the late evening and involved female victims.
Neither of the females sustained any physical injuries.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is asking for help in identifying an unknown man wanted following a pair of indecent acts onboard a GO Train.
The first incident took place on Wednesday, May 7th, at roughly 9:30 p.m., on the Lakeshore West GO Train travelling from Toronto Union Station to Hamilton West Harbour. The suspect continuously masturbated over his shorts while staring at a female passenger. He was wearing a blue V-neck t-shirt, grey jacket, dark shorts, black crocs, and a beige baseball cap with a logo on it.
A second incident took place on Saturday, May 10th, at roughly 11:15 p.m., on the Lakeshore West GO Train travelling from Toronto Union Station to Aldershot GO. The suspect exposed his genitals to a female passenger and masturbated in her presence. He was wearing a black t-shirt, shorts, black crocs, a beige baseball cap, and headphones.
Neither of the females sustained any physical injuries.
The suspect is described by the HRPS as:
- black
- male
- large to medium build
- approximately 6’2″ – 6’4″ tall
