An Innisfil man was arrested last week for impaired driving with a child in his vehicle.
South Simcoe Police spotted the man leaving a convenience store on Innisfil Beach Road with alcoholic beverages and a child, before driving off in a black Honda Pilot.
Officers stopped the vehicle and confirmed he was over the legal limit.
He was charged, his licence was suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle was impounded.
Police say the child was returned home safely.
