At roughly 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 12th, the suspect entered an unoccupied vehicle at a residence in the area of 6th Line and Upper Middle Road in Oakville. The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says the victim left the vehicle running unattended to warm it up.
