Construction sign with worker
We’re inching closer to spring, and that means we’re getting closer to construction season.
The Town of Halton Hills has announced a list of projects that will be a part of their 2025 Pavement Management Resurfacing Program.
Improvements are scheduled for the following streets starting this spring:
Residents are invited to visit Let’s Talk Halton Hills ROADS 2025 from Monday, February 10th to Friday, February 21st to access detailed information about the proposed construction areas and connect with Town staff with questions or concerns.
“Our ongoing efforts to keep the Town’s roads in good repair continue this summer in Wards 1, 2, and 3,” says Halton Hills Mayor Ann Lawlor. “We encourage residents to visit the ROADS 2025 project page on Let’s Talk Halton Hills for more information or to connect with Town staff about the construction.”
Pavement management has been an annual local resurfacing program since 2003. The Town’s Transportation and Public Works Department, Engineering and Construction Section manages the annual road maintenance and improvement plan, which includes pavement management resurfacing and capital works construction programs to renew and enhance infrastructure across Halton Hills.
All road resurfacing work will be supervised and administered by Town staff. Residents in affected areas will be notified of project details before the work starts and any weather-related delays throughout the project.
