Local crews work on snow during a storm
Some students in the area will have the day off today.
On Thursday, February 6th, all school buses and vans across Halton have been cancelled due to forecasting of freezing rain, ice accretion and icy road conditions throughout the school day.
The good news for parents is that schools remain open for both the Halton Catholic District School Board and Halton District School Board for any students who can get there.
Otherwise, kids can enjoy the snow day!
