Milton Chamber of Commerce
The Milton Chamber of Commerce has announced some recipients ahead of the annual Milton Excellence Awards Gala.
This year’s event will be held on Wednesday, October 23rd at RattleSnake Point Golf Club.
Among the people expected to walk the stage will be:
- ‘Lifetime Achievement’ Award Winner – Astrid Lakats
- ‘Citizen of the Year’ Award Winner – Georgia Shaw
- ‘Joyce Hagevik Volunteer of the Year’ Award Winner – Annie Lu
Finalists for other awards have also been announced. The list of categories this year include:
- ‘Small Business of the Year’
- ‘Mid-Sized Business of the Year’
- ‘Large Business of the Year’
- ‘Not-for-Profit of the Year’
- ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’
- ‘Best Workplace’
- ‘Excellence in Innovation’

Tickets are available for the event. They’re $175 each. Attire is formal.
It’s expected to start at 5:00 p.m. and run until 9:00 p.m.
