The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for a couple of suspects following a theft at a local drug store earlier this month.
On Friday, August 9th, at roughly 7:15 p.m., an unknown man and unknown woman went to the Shoppers Drug Mart at 4524 New Street in Burlington. They selected 37 Nicorette products, totaling over $2,100, which they hid in a bag under the woman’s coat. They then exited the store without making any attempt to pay.
The HRPS describe the suspect as:
- Suspect 1: Female, medium build, approx. 5’5”, in her 30s, with brown hair, wearing a black tank top, black pants, black sunglasses, black shoes, and carrying a black coat.
- Suspect 2: Male, medium build, approx. 6’1”, in his 40s, wearing a black cap, blue polo shirt, white shorts, and black shoes.
