A Bradford woman has been charged following a fatal collision in Innisfil.
The crash happened back on Saturday, May 11th, at roughly 1:55 a.m., in the area of Yonge Street and 9th Line. A Chevrolet Impala and a Volkswagen Jetta were traveling in opposite directions when the Impala crossed into the oncoming lane and struck the Jetta head-on.
A 33-year-old woman from Barrie, driving the Impala, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Following an investigation, including a review of the toxicology report for the driver of the Volkswagen Jetta, the South Simcoe Police Traffic Unit has charged a 32-year-old woman from Bradford with Operation While Impaired – Alcohol.
