Milton Transit has announced some changes to its schedule ahead of the upcoming school year.
Effective Tuesday, September 3rd, the following route and schedule changes will be implemented:
- All morning and afternoon school extra routes will resume
- Changes to school extra 53 to better service students at Elsie MacGill Secondary School
- Changes to school extra 54 to better services students at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Secondary School
- Route 1 will be extended to Market and Industrial Drive
- Route now servicing the Laurier Milton Academic Centre
- Some OnDemand stops will be removed with the route extension
- Minor scheduling changes across all routes to align with GO connections
