We have the latest crime map update from the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS).
READ – Milton man among 18 facing charges in massive robbery bust
The map details when and where reported crimes took place in Milton. Between Monday, July 29th and Monday, August 6th, there were at least 42 cases of crime took place. Here’s what we found:

Among the 42 potential cases of crime, 17 were theft cases of some kind, eight were hit and run cases, and two were outright robbery cases.

With the number of theft and theft from vehicle cases, we’ll recycle a message from the HRPS where it encourages residents to implement the following theft prevention tips:
- Ensure your unattended vehicle(s) are locked and secure;
- Never leave spare keys in your vehicle;
- Remove valuables from plain view; and,
- Equip your vehicle with an alarm.
