After a recent council decision, residents in Halton Hills can now face a $100 fine for parking on their lawn.
The new bylaw, prompted by concerns over vehicles parking on residential landscaping, covers areas such as front and side yards.
Previously regulated under zoning laws, this enforcement will now fall under a system for minor parking infractions.
