Milton Sports Centre (2020)
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s a comic convention coming to Milton!
Milton ComiCon welcomes any and all to the Milton Sports Centre to check out “comic books, toys, video games, sports cards, jewelry and pretty much anything geeky cool!”
Tickets will be $5 for adults and free for children 12-years-old and under. A free comic book will be available to anyone who purchases their ticket online. Get your ticket here. If you spend $20 for a VIP ticket, you’ll receive a ‘premier shopping bag’ with a mystery Funko pop, along with your ticket and free comic book.
The event will also have a fundraising aspect, as attendees are invited to bring food donations. Donators will be entered into raffles for fun prizes. They’re looking for:
- Kids school snacks
- Juice boxes, cartons, and jugs
- Canned veggies and fruit
- Canned pasta
- Cereal
- Pet food
- Toothpaste and soap
- Diapers and baby supplies
It’s happening on Saturday, July 13th at the Milton Sports Centre, starting at 10:00 a.m. and running until 3:00 p.m. Cosplaying is encouraged!
