Should you skip breakfast?
Often referred to as “the most important meal of the day,” it seems like a no brainer to eat first thing in the morning. However, some people will skip it! Some will do it as part of intermittent fasting, others just don’t like eating early.
That said, an expert is telling people to eat first thing in the morning, saying breakfast should be eaten within an hour of waking up.
When do you eat breakfast?
Do you even eat breakfast?
Let me know!

Daily WTF – Bike Share Toronto urges riders to ‘wipe down seats’ if renting bike for naked ride
The World Naked Bike Ride is being held in Toronto tomorrow. It’s the 20th anniversary of the event, which sees all participants ride through the streets of the city buck naked. Thing is, some people don’t bring their own bikes for the ride. Some will use a bike through Bike Share Toronto, which allows people to pay an amount to rent a bike off the street and get around the area. However, ahead of the event, the organization is reminding people to PLEASE WIPE DOWN THE SEATS WHEN YOU’RE DONE. If you’re biking around Toronto naked tomorrow, have fun. If you’re planning to borrow a bike from Bike Share Toronto AFTER tomorrow, maybe bring some wipes with you… just in case, you know?

Utah’s NHL club reveals six finalists for potential team name
We’re one step closer to knowing the identity of the Utah NHL team. In case you don’t know, the Arizona Coyotes are being sold and moved to Utah. This change was effective as soon as the regular season ended in April, and now the franchise is looking for a new team name. They’ll be the Utah “Somethings,” it just depends on what that something is. After a public vote on a list of about 20 names, Utah has narrowed the list down to six. We’re looking at Blizzard, Mammoth, Outlaws, Venom, Yeti and Utah Hockey Club (AKA Utah HC). Which of these names would you like to see next year? Let me know!
Pharrell Williams Debuts Trailer for His Lego Animated Biopic ‘Piece by Piece’
There’s going to be a Pharrell biopic and it’s going to be entirely done with LEGO animation… I’m not kidding. The trailer for the movie dropped yesterday. It covers the early years of the rapper and music producer as he climbs his way to becoming one of the best in the industry. Did I expect it to be LEGO? No… But there have been a lot of music biopic movies over the last 5-10 years, so if there’s one that stands out even SLIGHTLY, that’s fine. It’s slated for a release in October. Should be fun!
Simon Cowell Is Looking for the Next One Direction
Boybands could be making a comeback once again, and Simon Cowell wants to get a head start. Gone are the days of the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC dominating the charts together. We saw One Direction come and go, and K-Pop superstars BTS had to temporarily disband to serve in the Korean military. Well, the guy who helped put One Direction together is looking to strike gold again. Cowell says he’ll start taking boyband auditions next month and this search will be covered in a new documentary he’s filming. We’ll see how it goes! If you’re a teenager who’s looking to get a start in the music industry, this could be your chance! You could be the next Harry Styles or Justin Timberlake… Good luck!
GOOD NEWS – NHL to broadcast Stanley Cup Final games in American Sign Language, a 1st for a major sports league
The Stanley Cup Final starts tomorrow with the Edmonton Oilers and Florida Panthers taking each other on. This will be the furthest distance two teams have been from each other while competing in the Final. Ahead of game one, it was announced that the NHL will broadcast the games in American Sign Language. A representative with the league said including ASL into the broadcast will mean that deaf people will be getting the game in their own language for the first time ever. And that’s some good news!
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Marriage Odds
Degenerate gamblers or dedicated Swifties: you decide! Sportsbooks are opening odds on when an engagement between the power couple could happen. You can bet on whether it will happen by June 30th or if it’ll happen by the end of the year. You can skip the engagement and bet on where they get married – or how about, where they spend their honeymoon! There are odds for best man and maid of honour, and if the two will sing a duet at the wedding. I’m just saying, if you think the couple won’t get that far, you could probably put together a very mean-spirited parlay. As always, know your limits and play within it.
