A Georgetown man is the latest local lottery winner!
Edward Devcic won $104,439.40 in the Saturday, May 11th LOTTO 6/49 draw.
The sales worker has been a regular lottery player for almost 20 years and is now celebrating his first big win!
“I received an email from OLG, and it looked different that the usual emails I get. I logged into my OLG.ca account and saw how much I had won,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to claim his winnings. “I told my wife, and she was pleasantly surprised!”
He plans to complete a few upgrades to his home and save for the future. He’ll then take some time find something fun for the family.
The winning ticket was purchased online.
