My wife and I have been eating lasagna every night since Saturday!
The great thing about lasagna is that you can make it once and you get like eight meals out of it, depending on how big you make the thing.
What’s your go-to meal for when you just want to make things easy for yourselves? I’m talking like, something you make on a Sunday and through the glorious power of the microwave, you eat every night for the rest of the week.
Let me know!

Daily WTF – Winner of Orange County Marathon disqualified after dad gave him water
The winner of a marathon in Southern California has been disqualified. You might hear that and think, “uh oh, what kind of banned substance did this person take?” The answer? Nothing! The reason why Esteban Prado was taken off the list as the marathon’s winner is he received a drink from his father mid-race. According to the rulebook, runners are only allowed to drink water from official hydration stations or if it’s carried or attached to the runner from the start of the race. With Prado’s father joining him on a bike to give him water, he was therefore breaking the rules and his run did not count. Thing is, according to reports, the race was disorganized from the start and these supposed hydration stations were a mess. So, Prado’s dad was just looking out for his son as he ran 42 kilometres in just over two hours. If you ever run in a marathon, beware of PEDs: Performance Enhancing Dads.

Security guard shot, critically injured outside of Drake’s Toronto mansion
The beef between Drake and Kendrick Lamar has a new twist, as it was reported that there was a shooting outside of Drake’s Toronto mansion. His security guard was critically injured during a drive-by shooting early yesterday morning. Thing is, this follows a back-and-forth between Drake and Kendrick. Kendrick even released a diss track that featured a Google Map image of Drake’s Bridle Path mansion, and here we are with a shooting happening. Toronto Police say it’s too early in the investigation to connect the shooting with the fight. In the meantime, there will be heavy police presence in that area of the city. What a mess!
GOOD NEWS – WWII veteran, 100, finally receives college diploma nearly 60 years after graduation
A 100-year-old man is finally receiving his college diploma. When Jack Milton was 18-years-old, it was in the middle of World War Two. He survived the war and came back to North America. He then went off to Korea in the 50s for the Korean War. By the time the 60s rolled around, Milton was able to put together enough credits at college while serving in the military to earn his diploma from the University of Maryland. Thing is, come time for graduation, he went off to Vietnam to fight in another war. He never received his diploma. Now, at 100-years-old, the man got quite the surprise. He received his long-awaited diploma, as well as his graduation cap. Milton said it always irked him that he never got that experience, but he thought at his current age, it’d never happen. Well, never say never! And that is some good news…
Deadpool & Wolverine Cast ‘Britain’s Ugliest Dog’ As Dogpool: ‘It’s Love At First Sight’
A very “ugly” dog is about to officially become a movie star. The patchy-haired, long-tongued, four-legged Peggy became famous for her unfortunate title as Britain’s Ugliest Dog. That’s how she caught the eye of Ryan Reynolds, who thought she embodied everything about his character, Wade Wilson, also known as Deadpool. Peggy was cast as Dogpool, and is set to star alongside Reynolds and Hugh Jackman in their upcoming superhero movie. Deadpool 3, Deadpool and Wolverine, hits theatres this July. Can’t wait!
‘Game of Thrones’ Spinoff ‘Knight of the Seven Kingdoms’ Adds ‘Black Mirror’ Director in Major Role
There’s another Game of Thrones show in the works! GoT was quite possibly the biggest TV show of all time, and while it didn’t quite stick its landing for die hard fans, it still spawned a prequel series in ‘House of the Dragon’. The show’s first season was very well-received, and a second season is supposed to be released this August. Thing is, HBO is also working on ANOTHER spinoff series! This one is called ‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms’. Reports say it’s in the early stages, but six episodes have been mapped out. It’s based on one of George R.R. Martin’s novellas, and it will be another prequel series to the original show. No exact release date has been announced, but it’s believed to be out by late 2025… So you have just over a year to get ready for it!
ALEX LIFESON And GEDDY LEE Have Been Playing RUSH Songs Again
A lot of young musicians have Canadian rock band Rush to thank for their love of music. The influential band was massive in the 70s, 80s, and on, and they managed to hang on to that legacy after all these years. Thing is, they were primarily a trio, consisting of Geddy Lee, Neil Peart, and Alex Lifeson. Peart passed away in 2020, leaving Lee and Lifeson to carry on the band’s legacy without him. But, even the absence of their best friend couldn’t stop the two from eventually getting together. Lifeson says the two have started meeting up and playing Rush songs in the garage. He joked and said they sound like a really bad garage band, playing songs they haven’t touched in at least ten years. Celebrities, they’re just like us!
