The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says the lockdown at Notre Dame Secondary School has been lifted.
The hold and secure at St. Timothy’s Catholic Elementary School has also been lifted.
No injuries were reported as a result of the investigation.
In a separate post on X, the HRPS asked the public to avoid playing the ‘assassins game’.
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says a school in Burlington is under a lockdown for a police investigation.
Students and staff at Notre Dame Secondary School are under a lockdown. St. Timothy Catholic Elementary School has been placed in a Hold and Secure.
Officers are on-scene and there are no reports of any injuries.
No mention on what the investigation is for has been made available at this time.
