Do you believe in karma?
If you do, you’re not alone!
A study out of New York says that 84% of respondents believed that doing good (or bad) things ultimately comes back to you.
Another 84% believe in the “pay it forward” mentality. Pay It Forward Day is coming up this month, will you take part?
If you’re playing pranks today for April Fools Day, remember: it might come back to get you!
Let me know!

Diabetes medication and contraceptives are about to become free
The federal government is looking to make living easier for people in Canada. In the upcoming budget, a plan will be put in place to make diabetes medicine free Canada-wide. It will also include coverage on most prescription contraceptives, including the pill, IUDs, injections and implants. Combined, these two things could save someone up to $2000 a year! The programs are still being worked on, and no cost for the federal government has been listed yet, so it’s all a work in progress. Still, pretty cool to see!

Paul McCartney Says He Came Up with Sgt. Pepper After Mishearing ‘Salt and Pepper’
If you’ve ever wondered how The Beatles came up with their music and lyrics, sometimes they wonder that as well. It turns out, the fabled Sgt. Pepper was chalked up entirely to a miscommunication. Paul McCartney says that he came up with it when he misheard one of the band’s roadies say Salt and Pepper. It then ballooned from there, which McCartney says happened pretty often with the band. As you sit down for dinner tonight, look at your partner and lovingly ask them for the Sgt. Pepper… They’ll be just as confused as Paul McCartney was 60 or so years ago.
Marvin Gaye: Never-before heard music resurfaces in Belgium
40 years ago today, the legendary Marvin Gaye was shot dead by his father in Los Angeles. His music has continued to live on, and in some cases, new music of his has been found. In the early 80s, Gaye moved to Belgium. While there, the singer created new music, including his massive hit ‘Sexual Healing’. However, it appears as though not all of that music was released. A report from the BBC suggests that never-heard-before music has now resurfaced. People are suspicious about the recordings, as artificial intelligence has made it easier to doctor fake music. One thing is for certain, the Marvin Gaye Estate will get to the bottom of it. They’ve done a great job at protecting the singer’s music, and if we ever hear these songs, it’ll likely be because they recovered them and have released them. So, we’ll have to wait and see!
