This time Monday morning, the Menace could be eliminated from the OJHL playoffs.
They will make the long trip to Leamington to take on the Flyers for game four of their second round series. The last time the Menace were in Leamington, they left with a 3-1 win.
It’s been the overtime that has done Milton in, as they’ve lost two games this series playing extra minutes. What’s worse: both losses have been at home, with the one win coming on the road.
Leading Milton is their captain, Connor Driscoll. In six playoff games, he has four goals and five assists. His linemate, Aidan Puley has the same stat line in two more games played.
As for the Leamington Flyers, their production is coming at the hands of Cayden Faust. Through seven goals play, he has three goals and eight assists.
Game four will be at 7:10 p.m. on Thursday, March 28th at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre.
If the Menace lose tonight, game five becomes a potential elimination game. It’s scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 30th at the Milton Memorial Arena. Tickets for playoff games in Milton can be found here.
