The Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation (TJSF) says their 2023 Miracle on Main Street events were a huge success!
They held two events this past year: one in Brampton in November, and one in Milton in December. Joining forces with the Halton Regional Police Service, Peel Regional Police, City of Brampton, and the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area, Miracle on Main was able raise $1,184,309.39.
This money was raised through combining the value of toy donations, including the FM 101 Milton Christmas Toy Drive, along with monetary donations and sponsorships.
In a post on social media, Tiger Jeet Singh Jr. says the funds are going to support great local causes.
“[The funds] were distributed to help support the well-being of our vulnerable neighbours across the City of Brampton, Halton Region, and GTA via food banks, schools, children’s hospitals, as well as 60 charitable organizations.”
Miracle on Main Street is expected to return to Downtown Milton for another year this December.
