Police have confirmed the identity of human remains discovered in Adjala-Tosorontio as that of a man reported missing January 12.
Nottawasaga OPP say the deceased has been identified as 24 year old William Schernhammer, from Alliston.
Investigators located a body in the area of 25th Sideroad on January 21.
The cause of death is not being released as the investigation remains ongoing.
