Production on the new Honda Hybrid is set to begin this spring.

HCM’s recent investments and retooling led to it becoming Honda’s global lead plant for CR-V Hybrid production.
The Civic Hybrid now follows on that proven Canadian manufacturing success with HCM being named lead North American plant for Civic Hybrid production.
The new Civic Hybrid will be another key step in Honda’s electrification strategy, which includes equipping its core models with hybrid-electric systems.
Honda expects Civic Hybrid sales to represent more than 40% of Civic sales in North America.
