More details have been released regarding this investigation.
On Monday, January 15th, at roughly 7:30 pm, four masked suspects committed an armed robbery at the PharmaSense Pharmacy on Westoak Trails.
The suspects entered the pharmacy armed with a handgun, assaulted multiple employees and stole a small quantity of narcotics and cash.
All suspects then fled in a stolen vehicle.
Police responded and located the suspect vehicle in the area of the pharmacy. After a short pursuit, the car came to a stop and the suspects fled on foot. A short foot chase ensued, which resulted in the arrest of all four suspects.
A handgun, determined to be a replica firearm, was recovered along with the cash and narcotics taken during the robbery.
This pharmacy was using a time-delayed safe which prevented the thieves from obtaining the potent narcotics they were seeking.
Two 14-year-olds, one 16-year-old and one 18-year-old, were charged by police and held for bail. All accused are from the Etobicoke area.

- Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
- Flight from Peace Officer
- Fail to comply with release order

- Fail to comply with release order

Four suspects are facing charges following an armed robbery at an Oakville pharmacy.
On Monday, January 15th, at roughly 7:30 p.m., the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) responded to an armed robbery in the area of Westoak Trails and Bronte Road in Oakville.
Four masked male suspects entered the business, brandished a handgun and assaulted two female employees inside. All four fled the business after taking an undisclosed amount of narcotics and cash.
Officers located the fleeing vehicle and attempted to stop it; however, the vehicle got away and a brief chase took place. After a short distance, each suspect was arrested.
Three of the suspects were classified as youths (14 – 16-years-old) and one was an adult (18-years-old). Under Youth Criminal Justice Act, names will not be provided for any of the suspects.
They have been charged with several robbery, weapons, and driving offences.
