A stolen tractor trailer was found abandoned in Milton and a police investigation has begun.
The Guelph Police Service says at 12:40 p.m. on Saturday, November 18th, officers were called to a business near Elmira Road North and Wilbert Street in Guelph. The owner reported a truck and trailer had been stolen from the lot sometime in the previous two days after a padlock was cut off the front gates. Later Saturday afternoon, the victim received a call from a business in Milton indicating they had located the missing truck and noted damage to the ignition.
The theft remains under investigation.
