A Milton road is going to close for just over one month!
The Town of Milton says it will be working on culvert construction along a section of Fifth Line, and will need to close the road off to traffic south of Yukon Court.
Detour routes will be available through Derry Road, James Snow Parkway and Main Street East.
Construction is expected to start on Monday, July 24th. It should be completed by Friday, August 25th. We’ll update you should that timeline change.
The Town previously announced four bridge and culvert projects for this summer. Read about those here.
It is construction season around Milton, so residents can expect delays all around town. That even includes a street that CN Rail has closed without permission.
All road closures can be found using the Town’s interactive road closure map.
