You might need to look for parking elsewhere in Milton next week.
The Town of Milton says that three local parking lots will undergo scheduled maintenance:
- Municipal parking lot 3 (188 Mary Street) is scheduled to close from 12:00 a.m. on Monday, July 24th to 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 29th; and,
- Municipal parking lot 1 (124 Main Street East) and lot 7 (1010 Main Street East) are scheduled to close from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25th.

There will be 24-hour parking permitted in municipal parking lot 9 (25 Brown Street) and lot 4 (222 Mary Street) until maintenance has been completed in parking lot 3.

It is construction season around Milton, so residents can expect delays all around town. That even includes a street that CN Rail has closed without permission.
