The Milton Generations Creative Exchange will be on display for nearly three weeks!
The Town of Milton says the art created by both Milton preschoolers and adults aged 55-plus can be seen at the FirstOntario Arts Centre Milton. The arts centre teamed up with Arts Milton to launch the Milton Generations Creative Exchange this spring, in response to the Avenues of Action outlined in Milton’s Culture Plan.
Each Sunday during the program, preschoolers who were four or five years old, and adults over age 55 were matched for an art activity and a snack break together.
To showcase what they created, the program will host a public reception Tuesday, June 27th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Holcim Gallery in the FirstOntario Arts Centre Milton.
The program’s art will be on display until Friday, July 14th during open box office hours.
