The population of the Town of New Tecumseth set to grow in the next couple years and the Town is using this week to focus on making the space — one that is loved by those who live in it.
Placemaking Week focuses on creating a thriving, equitable, and sustainable world through the convergence of values, passion, and action around public spaces.
The idea is to help residents engage with fellow community members to develop meaningful relationships and see public spaces in new and exciting ways.
A Heritage Walk is being held tomorrow (jun14) in Beeton at the Memorial Arena.
The in-person event runs 6 – 7 pm and is perfect for history buffs, families, and anyone who loves to explore.
Town Staff will share insights that will highlight ties to local history.
