The Town of Milton is closing Chris Hadfield Park to the public.
It’ll be undergoing construction to improve the park experience for residents. Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-May and will be completed this winter. That’s dependent on a number of factors, including weather.
Key park improvements include:
- Addition of new picnic and seating areas
- Addition of new shade shelter
- Upgrades to existing shade shelter
- Addition of park pathways
- Replacement of building sewer system
- Resurfacing of parking areas
- Addition of new trees and shrubs
The Town of Milton thanks the community for their patience and understanding while the park undergoes construction.
