The brooms are coming out of the closet and they might just be used this week.
Milton’s Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) team finds themselves down 3-0 in their second-round playoff series matchup against the Collingwood Blues.
Game three was held on Monday, March 27th at the Eddie Bush Arena. The Menace opened the scoring to jump out to a 1-0 lead in the first period. Cole Semeniuk scored with assists from Connor Driscoll and Ivan Fabjan at the 7:41 mark. That was the lone highlight for the Menace last night, as the Blues would score five unanswered goals:

According to the box score, Forbes Anderson was in net for Milton. He stopped 19 of 23 shots, giving him an .826% save percentage.
The Menace will play game four of their second-round series against the Collingwood Blues on Wednesday, March 29th. Puck-drop at the Milton Memorial Arena will be at 7:30 p.m. Should the Menace get the win and prolong the series, here’s the remaining schedule:
- *Game #5 – Friday, March 31st – 7:00 p.m. – Milton at Collingwood (Eddie Bush Arena)
- *Game #6 – Sunday, April 2nd – 6:30 p.m. – Collingwood at Milton (Milton Memorial Arena)
- *Game #7 – Tuesday, April 4th – 7:00 p.m. – Milton at Collingwood (Eddie Bush Arena)
