Inquest into 2020 death of four-year-old girl at Rattlesnake

An inquest is being held into the death of four-year-old year Keira Brown, also known as Keira Kagan.

Chief Coroner for Ontario, Dr. Dirk Huyer, recently made the announcement.

Her body was found at the bottom of a cliff at Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area, alongside her father’s body, in February 2020.

The inquest will examine the circumstances surrounding Keira’s death. The jury may make recommendations aimed at preventing further deaths.

More details are expected to be announced at a later date.
