UPDATE
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says that 29-year-old Albert Opoku of Oakville has been safely located.
All photos of Opoku have been removed from our website social media pages at the request of the HRPS.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing man.
29-year-old Albert Opoku of Oakville was last seen at roughly 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31st at the Oakville Go Station.
A photo of Opoku can be seen above. He is described the HRPS as:
- Male
- Black
- Approximately 6’2” tall, 175 lbs (medium build)
- Short black hair and a moustache
Opoku was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater with black jeans and carrying a yellow backpack. He has braces on his teeth and a tattoo of a rose on his left hand. Opoku may have been headed to the Hamilton area.
Police and his family are concerned for his well-being and anyone with information about Albert or his possible whereabouts is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905-825-4777.
