The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says that 75-year-old Philip Annis has been located and is safe and sound.
The public was thanked by the HRPS for helping in the investigation.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is asking for help in locating a missing man.
75-year-old Philip Annis was last seen in the area of Third Line and Rebecca Street in Oakville at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11th.
He is described by the HRPS as:
- male, white, with thinning grey hair, 5’9″ slim build wearing a brown coat and black pants.
Annis was driving a blue 2007 Toyota Yaris with the license plate ‘CEAY 287’.
