The latest COVID-19 stats from the Halton Region show an additional death in the totals. The death was an Oakville resident, giving the town 119 deaths total. Burlington remains at 154 deaths total. Milton remains at 72 deaths. Halton Hills remains at 68 deaths total. Halton is now at 413 deaths total from COVID-19.
Across Halton, there are 137 new cases since Tuesday. The total number of cases is up to 54,265. There have been 1,462 total hospitalizations in Halton and 413 deaths.
In Milton, we had 25 new cases since Tuesday. That brings us to 14,244 total cases. There have been 341 total hospitalizations in Milton and 72 deaths.

Looking at vaccination numbers, a total of 1,4030,347 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Halton. 1,250,027 of the doses were to Halton residents.
