Police have identified the victim in an Alliston murder investigation and released a description of a vehicle of interest.
Nottawasaga OPP responded to reports of gunfire at a residence on Kidd Crescent on August 26.
A 38-year-old female was located outside the residence with apparent gunshot wounds and transported to hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
That person has been identified as 38-year-old Sibel Duzguner of New Tecumseth.
Investigators are now searching for a silver or grey coloured 2011 – 2014 Volkswagen Jetta, which was seen in the area of Kidd Crescent around the time of the incident.
Police are asking anyone home video security, or dash-cam video to check their device and contact police if they have footage between 5:30 and 6:30 the morning of August 26.
