Residents in rural Halton Hills had to keep an eye out for something this past weekend: animals on the run.
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says that 8-10 bulls had managed to flee from cattle farmers and were likely in fields in the area of Trafalgar Road and 17 Sideroad in rural Halton Hills.
The bulls were quickly located and have since been put back on the road to their planned destination.
This comes just over a year after a rogue cow was on the loose. No word come on whether that cow was located or not, which depending on your outlook on life is either a good thing or bad thing.
OWNERS FOUND – The owner of the located cattle have been identified and are being returned. Thanks for everyone’s assistance.
