The Alliston Potato Festival is making its return, after two years in quarantine.
Over 50 vehicles are registered for the parade, which is set to kick things off Friday evening at 7.
George Scott is the Past President of the Alliston Rotary Club and one of the organizers of the event.
He says while this years parade might not be the biggest, it is certainly something people are looking forward too.

Scott says police officers and town crews will begin closing streets off around 5:00 and residents are welcome to find a spot along the parade route.
He says it should last about an hour.
