Tribute Communities announced it had worked out a deal with the township over its Colgan Crossing development.
A claim had been filed against the township in 2020 related to a “minor” sediment breach.
The proposed development is expected to create a community of over 640 homes and more than $1- million in annual revenue for the municipality.
