(Originally published on Monday, June 13th at 11:33 a.m.)
Canada Day is returning to Milton this year!
A committee has assembled to plan an event at the Milton Fairgrounds. Committee Chair Penny Patterson says people can expect food, drinks, music, and good times.
The following vendors are currently expected at the Milton Fairgrounds on July 1st:
-
Troy’s Diner;
-
two Ice cream trucks;
-
a taco truck; and,
-
Curbside Dogs
Patterson says it’s nice to be able to get people together for the big day.
She adds that they still need volunteers to help with the set-up. They will gather on the night of June 30th to finish planning and begin the set-up process. If you’re interested in volunteering, call the Halton Agricultural Society at 905-878-5689. Learn more here.
Residents can find the Milton Canada Day celebration at the Milton Fairgrounds on Friday, July 1st. It will begin at 2:00 p.m..
