The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for an unknown man who stole a pair of shoes.
On Thursday, May 19th, the suspect entered Emille Shoes at 2394 Fairview Street in Burlington. The suspect selected two pair of shoes, Pumas and a pair of On Cloud 5s. The suspect takes the shoes he wore into the store off, puts the Cloud 5s on his feet and leaves his old shoes in the Cloud 5 box on a shelf. The suspect then pays for the Pumas in cash and leaves the store, wearing the stolen shoes. The On Cloud 5 shoes are valued at $159.00. The suspect left the store in what appears to be a 2022 black Kia Carnival SUV.
The HRPS describes the suspect as:
- male, appears in his 50’s, approx. 6′, 190lbs., short grey hair, wearing a black puffy jacket, black shirt with a blue undershirt, blue jeans and black/white running shoes (stolen ones), shoe size stolen was a size 10.5 men’s.
