The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says that 80-year-old Hernando Junsay has been safely located.
At the request of the HRPS, all photographs of Mr. Junsay have been removed from our pages.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for a missing Burlington man.
80-year-old Hernando Junsay was last seen at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday in the area of Eliza Cres in Burlington. He was believed to be travelling on his bicycle (Black OYMA mountain bike) eastbound towards Oakville. The HRPS adds that he doesn’t speak English (Filipino only) and suffers from early stages of Alzheimer’s.
The HRPS describes Junsay as:
- Non white (Filipino Descent), 5’4 ft 130 lbs, White hair, slim build, wearing a green brown sweater, brown pants and slippers with socks.
Police are concerned for the safety and wellbeing of the missing person. If you have any information that would assist us in locating this missing party please contact the on duty Staff Sergeant at extension 2310 or if the missing person is seen CALL 911.
