Progressive Conservative candidate, and the incumbent MPP from Milton, Parm Gill has won re-election in Milton.
He won with 43% of the vote, meanwhile, Samera Ali came in second in the race, with 38% of the vote, leaving just over 1600 votes separating the two.
NDP Candidate, Katherine Cirlincione finished third in the race.
Across the Province, the Progressive Conservatives held on to win their second straight majority government.
The NDP has also become the official opposition for a second straight election cycle.
