Milton Autism held its first Lattes & Listen event last Wednesday (May 18th).
The event is being hosted every four weeks at The Barn Door in Milton.
Charity Board member Alan Cooke says the non-for-profit group is looking to share support for parents and other caregivers of children with autism spectrum disorders in the community.
Milton Autism originally started as a conversation.
Cooke says there are many ways for residents to support Milton Autism, including some upcoming events.
The upcoming Golf Tournament is currently sold out, but Milton Autism is looking for more sponsors.
A long term goal for the group is to eventually have a property to call home.
