Environment Canada is warning of dense fog.
This makes it two days in a row that Milton has been covered with heavy fog as the temperatures go from below freezing to double digits. Environment Canada asks drivers to be cautious on the roads, and says your drive might be slower than usual.
“Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations,” the alert says. “If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.”
The fog should lift around noon.
