UPDATE
We have an update on the single vehicle collision that closed down a section of Fourth Line, north of Milton.
In the early morning hours of Wednesday, March 9th, the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) was notified of a single motor vehicle that had happened on Fourth Line just south of 22 Sideroad in Halton Hills. A passing motorist had located a black pickup truck in the west ditch of Fourth line with a lone occupant. The 35-year-old male driver of Milton was transported to Georgetown District Hospital by Halton Region Paramedic Services. He was later transported to Hamilton General Hospital by air ambulance where he remains in serious condition.
The cause of this collision is still under investigation, anyone with information about this incident who has not yet spoken with police is asked to contact the Collision Reconstruction Unit at 905-825-4747 ext: 5065.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says a road closure is in place along a section of Fourth Line.
The closure is between 17 Sideroad and 22 Sideroad. The cause of the closure is reported as a single vehicle collision that happened earlier this morning.
