An Acton man has been charged in relation to several indecent acts that occurred in the town.
In September 2021 and January 2022, there were two alleged incidents of an indecent act at different locations in Acton. In both incidents, the man approached an adult woman in his vehicle and initiated a conversation. During the conversation, the man exposed his penis and began masturbating. During a third incident, the man approached a 14-year-old girl in Acton and offered her a ride in his vehicle.
Investigators were able to link each of these occurrences and identified Colby Bernard as the suspect. The vehicle being used during these incidents is a black 2019 Buick Encore.
32-year-old Colby Bernard of Acton has been charged with:
- Indecent Act (two counts)
- Criminal Harassment
Bernard was released on an Undertaking.
