A Milton man is facing sexual assault charges following a case involving a minor.
Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call back on November 22nd. The report was of a sexual assault taking place at a workplace in Fergus. A female youth was reportedly the victim of a sexual assault by her supervisor while working at a business on Tower Street South.
An investigation has led to a 30-year-old man from Milton being charged with sexual assault on a person under 16 and sexual interference contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in the Guelph Ontario Court of Justice.
