Visitors to Stevenson Memorial Hospital will face restrictions effective immediately.
The Alliston Hospital is moving back to it’s Phase 1 Visitor Policy.
Which means no visitors will be permitted to the Emergency Department or Outpatient Clinics unless there are extenuating circumstances.
These can include ill children under the age of 18 who require a parent or guardian.
A patient with cognitive impairment or a palliative patient.
Patients with a stay of less than 10 days will not be permitted to have visitors.
Obstetric patients will be allowed one support person
Any visitor must provide proof of full vaccination and will be required to pass a COVID screening prior to entering the hospital.
