New Tecumseth Council should finalize the Town budget tonight (dec 13).
As it looks now, there will be a property tax increase of 1.82%.
That means an increase of around $37 a year in New Tec Tecumseth on an average property assessment value of $452,931.
This is the blended figure which includes Simcoe County and Education taxes.
